Acceptance of TermsBy accessing, purchasing, holding, or using the AgroLean Token (AGL), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions published by AgroLean Ltd. (“AgroLean,” “we,” or “our”).
If you do not agree, you must not participate in any AGL-related activities or access the AgroLean ecosystem.2. Nature of the TokenThe AGL Token is a utility token designed to support the AgroLean ecosystem, including access to features, staking, rewards, and ecosystem services.
It does not represent equity, shares, voting rights, or ownership in AgroLean Ltd. or any of its affiliates.The AGL Token is not intended to be a security or investment under any jurisdiction’s laws. Participation in the token sale or ecosystem should not be considered financial or investment advice.3. EligibilityTo use or purchase AGL Tokens, you must:Be at least 18 years old;Not be a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where participation is restricted or prohibited (including countries sanctioned by the UN, OFAC, or the EU);Comply with all applicable local laws, including KYC/AML regulations, if required.AgroLean reserves the right to deny participation to users who fail to meet eligibility requirements.4. No Investment AdviceAll information provided through the AgroLean website, whitepaper, or social media channels is for informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and consulting with qualified advisors before acquiring or using AGL Tokens.5. Risk DisclosurePurchasing or holding cryptocurrencies involves significant risks, including but not limited to:Volatility in token price;Potential loss of funds;Regulatory changes or restrictions;Technological failures, hacks, or smart contract vulnerabilities.By participating, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept these risks and that AgroLean shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from token-related activities.6. Token Utility and DistributionAGL Tokens may be used for:Participation in the AgroLean ecosystem (staking, rewards, or governance);Access to products, services, and features within the platform;Incentives and loyalty programs.Token distribution details (including private/public sale allocations, vesting schedules, and staking mechanisms) are described in the official whitepaper and may be updated as the project evolves.7. No Guarantee of ValueAgroLean does not guarantee that AGL Tokens will hold, increase, or maintain any particular value.
The market value of AGL may fluctuate and is determined by independent third-party exchanges and participants.8. Tax ResponsibilityYou are solely responsible for determining and complying with all tax obligations arising from your purchase, holding, or transfer of AGL Tokens under applicable laws.9. Compliance and AMLAgroLean may require identity verification (KYC) to comply with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and sanctions regulations.
By participating, you agree to provide accurate information when requested and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in denial or termination of access.10. Intellectual PropertyAll intellectual property related to AgroLean — including logos, website design, smart contracts, documentation, and ecosystem materials — remains the exclusive property of AgroLean Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, or use such materials without prior written consent.11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law:AgroLean and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;AgroLean does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or security of its platform or blockchain integrations;Users assume full responsibility for their wallet security, private keys, and blockchain interactions.12. Termination and SuspensionAgroLean reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services or restrict token participation in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.13. ModificationsAgroLean may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
